    atomic---- mk-7

    atomic - what are your thoughts on the supplement MK-7, derived from natto? I"ve been taking it for a few months and am doing my first attempt in a few days so I wanted to double check with you first!
    mom to (3 year old) and (1 year) . Love to add a little boy to the family!

    AFAIK it should be ok for blue sway.
