    Vitex Dosage

    Hi everyone,

    Please can you let me know what vitex dose you are one each day? And if you are taking it AF - O? And also what changes it has made to your cycle. I am on day one of it, my pills are 400mg each and it says I should take 2 Per day.

    The current advice, is one in the morning and one before bed. That is for the Nature's Way Vitex (400mg each capsule). Take it from AF to 1 or 2 days before expected O, as it has caused delayed Ovulation in some women.
