Question about Yoga while swaying for girl

I am a yoga teacher, and I understand that you should run for exercise while swaying for a girl. I just wondered if you think that yoga would bring a lot of testosterone in your body. Last month the only time I did it was to teach class but I can't keep doing that. One, I miss my own practice and two I feel that I am cheating my students. So do you think that doing yoga will hurt my sway?

I should add that when I had my previous boys I did not do it regularly.

You don't need to run for exercise when TTC pink. In fact I am not a fan of running, I think it's too hard on the female body for anyone who isn't used to it (and has a little junk in the trunk or boobz in the hood)

Cardio is best for pink, but it can be walking or dancing, anything but stepping and kickboxing is great.

To answer your question, I think if you are a yoga instructor and rely on that as your livelihood (and also that it is something you ENJOY) then you need to continue that regardless of how it could sway. You can't shut yourself in a darkened room because of swaying, you need to live your life and swaying can fit in at the margins. Rearranging your life for a sway is a bad sign in the Mary-Martha department LOL http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ypothesis.html

When I made the 60 6-7 exercise recommendation, that is just waht I think will work for most people, most of the time, and regardless of diet. If you are losing weight on a lower protein diet, it is TOTALLY possible to get a girl even if you are lifting weights - it's just htat it's not as reliable and thus is not my recommendation. So yeah, yoga can build muscle, but if you are doing diet and losing a bit of weight, it just can't be doing that much of an extent.

An even better compromise would be to try and squeeze in a 60 min cardio workout let's say 4-5 days a week, then do yoga 3 days a week (or whatever works for you). Of course 6-7 days of cardio plus yoga would be fantabulous but that's one of those things that I can just imagine would not work out real well in the real world!! i have 4 sons and i hardly have time to go to the bathroom so I don't know if that is a possibility for you, but my recommendation would be to do yoga when you need to for sanity/employment, fill in your off days with cardio, and lose a bit of weight on a low-everything-style diet.
