I have two sons, who are 4 and 3. My hubby had a child with another woman while we were broken up. That turned out to be a girl.
Now my question is....since I know that my hubby can have children of both genders.....is it MY body/ph/DTD timing etc that caused me to have boys?
Since I know that he can have children of both genders, does this improve my odds of TTC a daughter, with some swaying?
Any thoughts?

it might be something in your body (pH/etc) but it could also just be luck. Most swaying is done with the woman anyway, so it probably doesn't tell you too much that he has a daughter as well!

ALL men can make both genders. It is a fact that men's sperm is always a 50/50 split. It's more the factors like high or low sperm count that actually affect things within the woman's body. As rainbowflower said above, it's mostly all about you and your health habits, exercise habits, and baseline hormonal make-up! Good luck!

Men make 50-50 X and Y sperm and can make children of both genders. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...-X-AND-Y-SPERM
I wish it could put your mind at ease but alas, it isn't that easy! Your body is probably a bit more boy-friendly BUT please don't worry that you're "set" for only 2 boys...lots of people have 2 B and then 1 G.
Something you might find interesting is that women who are in a committed, longterm relationship are more likely to conceive sons, so that may very well be the only difference between you. (I just don't want you to feel that you don't "deserve" a daughter or that she is in any way more deserving of one...KWIM??)
