    Calcium supplement

Hi, I have a couple of questions
    1. I am finding it difficult to get a high dosage calcium citrate supplement, would it be better to get cal cit in a small dosage or cal carb in the correct dosage?
    2. I know I can't use my steroid cream for my eczema and wondered if anyone knew if this cream is ok, it is called cetraben emollient cream (ingredients are White soft paraffin, light liquid paraffin, emulsifying wax, cetyl stearyl alcohol, glycerin, butylparaben, methylparabdn, ethylparaben, propylparaben, phenoxyethanol, phenoxyethanol, citric acid, purified water) sorry fir long list, I just don't want to spoil all my hard work with diet by using a cream. I am applying the cream directly around my bits (tmi) as this is where the eczema is.
    Any help appreciated!!!

I think you can have Tums (calcium carbonate), right? Now I'm worried I'm taking the wrong calcium!

I thought you had to have calcium citrate (not carbonate), could be wrong? I have just ordered some from SOLRAY which is 1000mg.

from what I've read the only difference is the efficiency that they are absorbed, but I've also read that the calcium carbonate is absorbed as efficiently as the calcium in milk is, so you won't go too wrong just having that

The honest truth is, we don't know what is best. We don't know if we want the calcium to be supereffectively absorbed into our bones or floating around unabsorbed and then excreted (partially into our CM)...the only thing we really truly know is that people who ate a French Gender-style diet seemed to have more daughters than they should. We don't even know if the calcium has anything to do with it or if it's just a coincidence.

I really truly think that some swayers go out of their way to make things really super complicated because it makes them feel like they're doing something and will then "deserve" a baby of their desired gender. MPO, just get the kind you like and is easy for you to find and go with it. They are really all pretty much the same.

At some point, this all becomes a tempest in a tea pot and stress over things that really make very very little difference.

The lotion does have the parabens in it which is supposedly absorbed by the body and acts as an estrogen. Does it contain them in such a high % that it really affects your body? And even if it does, could it sway?? I don't know, I wish I did.

Here is an excema lotion that claims to have no parabens in it. http://www.exederm.com/eczema-lotion.html

Thank you for your reply. I can't get exederm in the uk and it will cost me 25 dollars to ship it, I've found a uk cream that says it has no parabens , if you have a minute would you mind checking it out, thank you! This is the link

If not, I'll have to keep looking, I have to use something and I really don't want to risk my sway by taking a chance, thank you again!
