    Happy what is teh common consensus to get a girl?

    Hi! I was just wondering what the common consensus to sway for a pink? Everything I read seems to contradict something else....
    From what I understand:
    * pH is not that important
    * diet is very important (no read meat, no fruit {except berries}, no bananas, potato), lots of diary...what else? {I'm planning/doing a version of the LE diet...but I've lost 10+kg....I never really had that much to lose in the first place.....so I'm (pardon the pun), very light on at the moment!
    * timing not important
    * supp's not important
    * acigel?
    * orgasm? (No)
    * ions - yes

    What do you ladies think? I am getting more and more confused the more I read.....everysite/discussion board seems to think something different....perhaps it is all luck?

    Please help me, I'm so very confused!!!

    Diet seems to be the most important. Intense cardio 6 days a week for a min of an hour is getting good outcomes also.

    No red meat and limited chicken, although I cut out meat all together. Other than than there are no forbidden foods on the LE diet. Potatoes are allowed just stick with your daily calories, fat, protein and sodium allowance

    I would say diet, exercise, and "lowering" of some sort are the key things

    The problem is that there is no consensus. All you can do is read both sides and go with what makes sense TO YOU.

    In my signature below there's a link to the Complete Index (you have to cut and paste into your browser) where I have tons of links to essays on all this stuff.

    I am happy to answer specific questions but I just can't do very general overviews for people, I need to know what you need to know exactly so I don't waste either of our time.
    !!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

    My suggestion is to get a personal plan from Atomic. It takes the stress out of it and the one on one attention is REALLY helpful. You'll find that you have a lot of questions, during the swaying process, and when you buy a plan your questions are answered first. Just a suggestion
