Does reducing DH's testosterone weaken Y sperm?

I have been reading some of the sway tactics for TTC pink and saw that reducing DH's testosterone (increasing soy, losing weight, peppermint tea, etc) helps to sway pink.. I was just trying to understand how this works Does it weaken Y sperm? or strengthen the X sperm?

It doesn't weaken or strengthen specific sperm, it contributes to lower fertility...MAYBE. Read this:

We really honestly don't know, but what we have found is that things that lower testosterone and lower sperm count and health, even things that are completely unrelated to each other, seem to sway pink. So we try to emulate those conditions even tho we don't totally know why or how it works.
