If I have a fade in on opk how far from O am I? Have not received Sylk yet can I use Rephresh as lube? Really wanted to try this month but not looking promising
Next month will mean that the baby would share a birth month with DS 2 and not sure I want that. I know the longer on this diet the harder to keep up.

I think the fade in varies from person to person, for me, it was about 3 days before o (last month though it was the day before but I don't know why!!!) I don't think you should use rephresh too close to o time as it might kill off the spermies, I read use it 3 days before so no I don't think as a lube, could you manage without???? Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. We decided to wait until next month. Did not want to mess up or stress out about it. Did the due date calculator and I was wrong about next month as far as birth month is concerned so hoping next month is a go!

2-3 days before O and yes you can use the RepHresh as a lube, in fact even if you don't add any more it should still help with just whatever is still hanging around in there.
