High blood pressure & girl sway?

Hi. I have a quick question involving my blood pressure & my girl sway. I am going to be on the LE diet for at least 3 months before ttc & I know everyone says you need to keep your sodium intake low. But here's the thing... I know you have to send the signal to your body that you're in distress in order to conceive a girl. Now my blood pressure is usually around 135/95 or 140/90... U get the picture haha. I believe it's high from my high sodium intake... So here's the question. Since my body thinks it's already in distress from the high blood pressure (& I am overweight) should I keep doing what I'm doing with my sodium (I eat a TON of hot sauce)... Or should I cut it out anyway? I will be doing the LE diet, aspirin, FR and hot baths, lavender, water fountain for relaxation.. And prolly one or two other things I can't think of... I'm just confused here... Thanks for all your opinions!!
I'm just worried by cutting sodium my body will think times are good and bring me blue baby dust.

Hi I saw this yesterday but didn't have a chance to reply, thx for bump.

I think you NEED to do what is right for your health first and foremost.

Personally I don't think sodium sways and high intake may even sway pink by harming your overall health, but that's not really a sway tactic that I want you to try to use! If you need to limit sodium for the sake of your health, PLEASE do that and don't worry whether it sways pink, blue, or plaid!

The good news is, the thing you can do that both has benefits for your sway and your blood pressure is to lose some weight!!
