Weight watcher smart ones frozen dessert sundae question

I know there is no food that is not allowed on the le diet. However, I want to ask if the dessert I picked up is a really bad food when swaying girl. I am craving raw cookie dough. Probably bc I baked choc chip cookies for the holiday and they're gone. So I think I'm having withdrawal and I'm also post ovulation and I know i crave bad things during this week. Does anyone know if the weight watcher smart one delights are ok? Preferably the chocolate chip cookie dough sundae or chocolate fudge brownie sundae? I know the chocolate chip cookie dough one was tasty when I was on weight watchers years ago. Also they are made with low fat ice cream. Not sure if that helps. I've been staying away from regular ice cream bc I'm scared its too boy friendly.
