I've been doing a vegetarian LE diet and felt great the first 4 months but the last two I've had almost constant nausea. I had to start eating breakfast again and snack to keep from feeling poorly all the time. I'm thinking it's from lack of protein. Is anybody else having this issue??

Some days I feel yuck but still only drink a glass of milk for "breakfast". My diet is weird bc my problems are autoimmune but I added a few more nutritious veggies (avocado, a handful of spinach) and some high fat cookies (for omega 3, though I'm sure this contributes to my feeling crappy
taking one for the pink team! Lol) to my first meal. that seems to keep me full longer. I also eat the bulk of my protein all together in my 2nd meal.

How much protein are you eating? Are you losing weight? Also be sure to drink enough water and get enough potassium or you'll feel yucky!!!

I have never heard of anyone having this particular symptom. (people sometimes get a little queasy when their blood sugar drops but not constant nausea) I am concerned that this is a food sensitivity - have you started eating anything new or in higher amounts?? Add in fiber or change types? New supp??
