Surprise 5th pregnancy! 12w4d Please guess boy or girl! All 4 of ours are the same gender...

The tech made a guess during the actual u/s and gave us these pics. The first one is the only one that seemed to show the nub, but I'm honestly not sure which of the white lines is supposed to be the nub, the brighter one, or the fainter one below it. I dont' know if the second pic shows the nub but there was that oblong protrusion that I hoped my be a clue.

She did a really quick u/s and was very brief with us, so I was curious if anyone had any thoughts. Also, I don't know for certain if baby was on its back to be consistent with proper positioning for a nub guess. She did say placenta was anterior. Anyway, guesses please??

Agreed. I'm not feeling confident in making any guess. Beautiful baby, though!

I don't think it was fully captured here either. If the tech made a guess though, I'd stick with that. Only because they see so much more on the screen than they can print. Especially if she specifically cited the nub theory for the basis of her guess.

-Our biggest surprise dude (L: 2009)
-Our rainbow little man (K: 2011)
-Our sway and pray little diva (J: 2013)
-Our lucky charm guy (S: 2015)
We may be done, we may come back for one more sway. Time will tell. At the moment, we are very content with our family!

Thanks for the guesses, everyone! We have 4 boys. The tech said her guess would be boy, but the view she showed us looked different from the pic. She pointed out a single straight white line that was parallel with the spine. There were no bumps, upward turns, etc on the white line and it was completely parallel with the backbone. So after I got home and looked at the u/s photos, I thought I'd post them for some guesses. We'll see at my next scan in 3 weeks!
