I've seen a lot of ladies mention that the diet has caused delayed ovulation but do many people notice earlier ovulation? Since starting the diet in January (and I can't say I'm really even following it to a T), I've noticed that my cycles are getting shorter. The last two cycles, I've ovulated on day 14/15 when I was always pretty consistently at day 17 at the very earliest and even as late as day 21.
I'm not taking any supplements besides folic acid and fiber and the fiber has only been the last 4 days or so. I have been drinking white wine daily and 2-3 cups of coffee/day.

It's less common but definitely happens. If you have PCOS tendencies or were overweight to begin with, earlier O actually makes sense on the diet/while losing weight.

My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I think it's possible. Last cycle I O'ed on cd17 and before that cd19 which is early for me. It probably just depends on how the LE diet affects your body.

It's certainly made me o earlier and earlier to the point that this cycle I o'd on day 8. I'm now worried that this it too early for me to have a good lining for implantation. Does anybody know if this is the case?

I would absolutely consider it a great sign!
Ksmom is exactly right that it's all down to how the diet affects your individual biology.
Frilly, CD8 isn't NECESSARILY too early, you can absolutely still conceive a healthy baby from early O, but if early O wasn't common for you before I might be concerned. Can you post your chart? Or are you using OPKs? How old are you?

I don't have a chart maiden I use a Clearblue fertility monitor with cheaper OPK sticks which pick my o up much better than the monitor. Plus I always got really bad o pain. I'm an oldie at 41 so I know I've not got much time left!

Not to scare you but early O, if it wasn't usual for you before, in your 40s can mean menopause is nearing.

Yeah I know, you haven't scarred me. My recent bloods all came back fine for my age and I'm still ovulating so I'll keep going with my fingers crossed.

In fact maiden I was reading up on being peri menopausal a few months ago and it's says I only have about a 5% chance of conceiving. I've got to start thinking past all this swaying and start thinking about what I'm going to do. So me and dh have booked a week abroad together on our own for the first time. My boys are older teenagers now and can run house together alone so that's just a little of what I have to look forward to if I don't get pregnant! Don't get me wrong I'm already feeling a little devastated about not having a dd but I have two fantastic young men to be thankful for.
