Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Last summer when I thought we were going to be TTC in the fall I followed the LE diet for a couple of months. Then all of a sudden I just didn't really feel like it mattered one way or the other which gender we had, and we decided to wait until winter to TTC. So I stopped the diet. I kept a few changes though...I usually eat/drink a ton of bananas, avocados and milk and I basically cut those out completely.

i cut out bananas, avocados and milk about 8 months prior.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I got down to right below my lowest previous conception weight. Also, I stopped any weight training and only did cardio beginning 8 months prior to attempt. When I conceived both boys, I was weight training very regularly.

Got a positive OPK on Wednesday morning, BD right after. Didn't BD again until Thursday night. Had really bad O pain Thursday morning (never felt it like that before) so pretty sure that's when conception took place.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

The cutting out bananas, avocados and milk and doing only cardio and no weight training were very big changes from when my boys were conceived. Also, I was in a very "zen" anti-controlling kind of place during attempt which is very different from my type A personality.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I basically didn't really "sway" lol. I just decided I didn't want to feel like I was trying to control everything.

Things worth mentioning:

I did purchase a personalized plan, but ended up not following it. This was only my fourth of fifth month off of birth control pills.
