Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

No meat, used to eat multiple bowls of cereal a day, decreased to 1 bowl a week! Drinking criatal light regularly. 16 hours btw last meal and first meal of the day on most days!

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

6 weeks on diet, started diet right after mc at the end of december!

Heaviest hubby has ever been, no exercise due to back injury

Did not count calories but tried to increase fat intake with chocolate due to losing weight fast

Dropped from 118 to 111 at conception. BMI 16.9 at conception.

No exercise since I was losing weight quickly and wanted to keep ovulating

Jumped and dumped 5 min after attempt, dtd in the bathtub 5 min after hot bath to decrease sperm count since hubby released two days prior. Benadryl 30 min before attempt.

Any additional supplement info?

Hubby was on long acting dilaudid, short acting dilaudid, lyrica and a muscle relaxant for back injury! Atomic thought this was good enough for a girl sway so no suplements used.

2nd cycle for me since mc, i doubt think i ovulated though during my first cycle after mc!

Did you do anything with Ions?

Candles during attempt, lavender room spray, lavender under pillow, running water during attempt

Moon phase was in a girl phase, wooden spoon and pink ribbon under matress

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Diet, lost quite a bit of weight. One attempt at positive opk

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Stress at work, fear that I can only conceive boys Magic eight ball says its a boy

Things worth mentioning:

Followed le diet in the tww, used repfresh 5 days before attempt but stopped to to weird cm.

Working night shift full time!

Oh and i forgot to add had a bad cold start 1 to two days before ovulation, and started smoking after mc in december, hopefully it helped a bit for my sway
