    Supplements?

    Hi Everyone! I've just discovered this site and my head is spinning with all the info on here! I'm Ttc blue this year as I have 4 dds. I understand all of the foods on the HE diet but am struggling with what supplements are best. I know a multivitamin and folic acid, vit d. But then EPO? Fish oil or efamil DHA? False unicorn? TT? What should my calcium and mag limit be? What does everyone suggest? I'm taking the Acv too btw. thanks so much!!!!

    I'm actually trying to sort this out too. There are 4 different supplements posts on the Boy Library... and I'm taking the info from ALL 4 of those and putting them in one Google doc. It's easier for me to follow if all the info. on one supplement is in one place instead of 4. I just feel like there is a TON of info on this site, and it's ALL OVER the place. I am diagnosed OCD and need things to be very organized before I can even begin to decide what to take, what to leave, and what's going to benefit me the most. I definitely recommend doing the same if it will help: Having everything in one big document is helping me sort my thoughts out and make better decisions.

    Sorry I can't be of more help: like I said, I'm still working on this myself. I'll let you know if I actually get anywhere. I'm definitely doing my own research and then I'm gonna buy a custom plan as well in case I've missed anything and to double check to make sure dosages and stuff are right.

    If all else fails, take the dosage recommended on the bottle.

    We do sell the custom plans for this very reason.

    The reason why there's a lot of different info is because not everyone wants to sway in the same way and not all supps are appropriate for everyone, so we cover everything out there and then I can help with specific questions about weeding out things that are helpful or not. There is NOT one right way to sway and there are tons of theories out there. This site is first and foremost a clearinghouse for info and then second to that, I give you my opinion on what I think - but at the end of the day it's YOUR sway and you should do it your way.

    I do not recommend anyone take FUR as it's endangered in the wild and there are better alternatives (a lot of what is being sold has little to no actual FUR in it anyway and this has been proven by tests).

    Cal/mag intake depends on what your beliefs are regarding swaying. If you want to follow a mineral diet, then you'd avoid them. If you think HE Diet makes more sense, then you'd def. include them in full fat dairy.

    I personally like lemon water for you guys better than ACV, there's some new evidence that ACV may lower blood sugar when used in supplement quantities and since lemon water does the exact same thing, I think it's a safer bet.
