Very tall people eating 1800-2000 calories a day?

So in reading over the LE diet info for millionth time, I was wondering a few things.
First what do you consider to be very tall?
Are other very tall people actually eating 1800-2000 calories a day?
Or is this just a suggestion?
I am 6ft even, would you consider that to be very tall?
    Thanks!

That sounds tall to me! At 5'1", there's no way you don't need more calories than me!

YES that is very tall! I always strongly urge anyone 5-10, and often even 5-8 and up to eat more cals. It's not just a matter of height, it's also your build (altho at 6 ft. no matter your build you should eat the higehr cal intake). But for the borderline gals it depends on your build, so a willowy 5-8 person who loses weight easy should eat more, a bigger boned lady who has trouble losing weight should eat less.

Oh okay thank you! I am 170lbs (I am a size 8), and I lose weight easily with exercise (hence the reason why I didn't exercise before swaying). So I'll increase to 1800 calories at the least, however today I tracked what I ate and only 1300 calories

Hi married, I try to eat maximum cals, not because of my height - much shorter than you at 5'7" but because an hour on the cross trainer burns 850 calories. I personally prefer to be in the 1800-2000 calorie range for this reason, however sometimes I am below and then at the weekend inevitably I am above. I think for someone like yourself who is our resident supermodel can afford to eat at the upper end of cals just my opinion though

Hi Mamer, I haven't been that weight in years! I was a size zero at 135lbs. Thanks for the advice though! I greatly appreciate it. I'll try to keep it on the upper end.
Steph, thanks! I will try to keep it on the upper end of 1800-2000 cals.

    Thanks mamer!
So I have a question, Atomic, I guess if you don't reply to this in a few days I write a post. But if I increase my cals wouldn't that mean increasing everything else as well? Like fat and protein? Did I miss something in the essays that said to do this?
