Morning Ladies,
I have a few questions regarding my sway - I am very confused.
I would LOVE to do my best to conceive this cycle - I understand TTC a girl will not make It easy but am looking for any opinions on the best way to conceive.
I have PCOS and looking to lower testosterone. Am currently taking Folic are there any other supplements I need to take? I am hearing about Vitex and Saw Palmetto? Not sure should I take this and in what amount, will it effect my cycle etc
Am worried PCOS itself will make it harder for me so don't want to lower my fertility too much. (Any tips for PCOS women?)
At the moment I am around 30-33 days average.
Also should DH take anything??
Olive leaf extract?
He is 43 so heard licorice root is not good for over 35 and as much as we want a girl as I said would like to TTC asap so don't want to do too much that will lower fertility.
Thanks - always appreciate the help![]()

Hi and sorry it took me a few days to get back to you on this.
I have a long essay on PCOS here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html and I have not had a chance to update the essay but I also recommend Myoinositol such as Pregnitude brand for PCOSers
for a DH 43 I would recommend ole and peppermint tea, plus soy milk!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
