Hi! I was wondering why in the "old ways" of swaying it was a huge no no to drink caffeine? I remember when I started researching two years ago that I would need to stop drinking it. Fast forward now I see the ladies drinking it like crazy =) and this is how I have always been..both boys I drank TONS of coffee, diet coke, tea, etc. I guess I'm just looking for thoughts on the subject bc I am a kitchen sink kind of a swayer hahaha I want to do it all and do the opposite of when I conceived my boys. Are you ladies that have boys and always drank tons of caffeine going to continue drinking it for you sway???

I drank lots when I conceived my boys. For health reasons not sway reasons I've limited myself anyway so if we did sway I would be drinking less of it. I think many ladies are using coffee as a meal replacement to get through to lunch? Could be wrong! I don't know where atomic stands on caffeine and diet coke though tbh xx

Thank you for your response :-) I know she is fine with caffeine in any form..coffee, diet coke etc. I was just curious why it used to be so frowned upon before. Still deciding if I will give it up in my sway..which begins Monday!! :-)

Hi,
From what I have read here you should limit your self to one cup. However if you concieved drinking tons of coffee i doubt it will make any difference now. I did not drink any coffee what so ever with my 3 dd's and now that i am swaying blue i cant get enough of it and from what i have read coffee is bad for blue swayers. With my dd"s i drank tons of caffeineited soda. Good luck and hope you have a successful pink sway

I was always a tea drinker when I conceived my boys. I was drinking either white or green tea daily which is shown to increase fertility and therefore sway boy.
Atomic says lots of caffeine can decrease maternal and paternal condition and therefore sway girl. DH has recently been drinking about a pot of coffee a day on his own. He's a lawyer and works like 20 hours a day which is why. It's not sway related. I've been drinking a double shot of espresso every day and the only tea I drink now is peppermint tea.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
