I am on vacation, and I am sticking pretty much to my diet. I am eating meat only 2 days, and that is it. No breakfast, low calories, etc. My problem is like like Malibu and pineapples while sitting on the beach. Can I not have juice? I am also drinking my diet coke (gag I am so sick of it) and taking my supplements.
I don't ovulate for least another 2 weeks. Will I be in the clear? I will put of TTC another month if I have to, but would like to try this month so I don't have to stay on this diet forever, and if I don't get pregnant by September I am putting it off till the winter which I really don't want to do.

Wow, that's dedication posting from your holiday! I hope you're having a great time.
I think juice in general is a no because of all the goodness - have you tried Malibu and diet coke?! I'm sorry I don't really know the answer ....2005

I know, I'm sorry! Juice is best avoided because it's a highly concentrated source of nutrients. You'd be better off eating fruit rather than juice because it comes with fiber and at least it fills you up.

All the juice I have been drinking doesn't say it is a source of any nutrients. I really have cut it out and have replaced it with Diet Coke. BUT I have had pork 3 times, not a lot of it, but now I am thinking if the juice doesn't mess up my sway the pork will. I really wanted to TTC this month. I feel like I only have until September to TTC and then I have to put it off until the winter, and I don't want to have to think about swaying for that long.

Whether it says it or not, nutrients are in fruit, and the juice is a concentrated version of fruit. Pineapple juice in particular has a lot of phytonutrients like bromelians in addition to Vit. C and the blue swayers drink it because it's alkalinizing.
Pork 3 times is not going to kill a sway at all.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
