I'm pretty sure as long as it's within the LE diet guideline you're fine. I just asked about cheese a few days ago & I eat a lot of pasta also.

As long as you're fitting in totals for the day it's fine, but that having been said there is something about pasta that I find I can eat a metric ton of the stuff before I'm satisfied. Since it's so nutrient dense, I feel that it's not always the best bet for TTC pink (at least not as its own food group like they do on IG) because you will end up eating a lot of protein that way.

In the Dream Members section I have a whole long thread on pasta.

I limit myself to one to two cups a day because I, too, can eat a ton of it! Usually a cup for lunch and possibly a cup for dinner with mixed veggies. Thanks for the input!
