Angry Angry with ttc hubby's had enough need to get pg fast!

I have been ttc for around 4 cycles properly now... Around 3 before that just using dodgy protection and timing and lose swaying but so far nothing not even a chemical.

I have never had so much trouble conceiving always first/ second go x 6 pregnancy's a few chemicals as well in there.

I have dropped the one attempt and been doing every 4 days from end of period count 4 then from there...last attempt was at O the ones before a day before or after so pretty good and continued on for a week after O then bed when ever I wanted till period.

The one thing that's stayed constant is my rephresh ... Just how good results is it getting exactly because I am thinking of dropping it this month?

What else can I do to add to my sway to make it girly that's easy?? diet really stresses me out and I have had no meat for 6 months now probably bloody anaemic because I have been getting so tired / week and I can't stomach the thought of iron rich healthy foods one for their amounts of nutrition and two they are vile. Should I add just an iron supp or does that contradict no red meat??

Also wear are the recent success rates?? Thanks!
    Hoping for a pink rainbow!

Sorry to hear things are moving slowly for you. I know one thing, if I was eating no meat it would make me downright miserable. Why don't you have at least some chicken and fish 2 or 3 times a week in one meal? Is DH following the diet? Because maybe it's not TTC what he's sick of but the diet! When I was dieting I had to have white meat (and the odd red meat treat) because DH hated me not joining him for special meals (he cooks yummy food and it was hard to resist!). Maybe if you let go just a little bit it will make it easier to stick to a bit longer, that's what I think at least.

As for the Rephresh, something I need to mention, I did not use protection before falling pregnant, we just avoided doing it in my fertile window and have DH pull out in times of 'danger'. Very rarely DH would not be able to pull out in time and when this happened, just to say I had done something to have a girl if an accident should happen I would get up and put some rephresh in straight away. This happened 3 or 4 times and I NEVER got pregnant, not even when I was just about to ovulate! In my case, I think Rephresh stopped me conceiving, not that I'm complaining as I wasn't trying to anyway. When TTC time came I used Rephresh about 10 hours before TTC and only half an applicator and I fall pregnant. I just thought I should say this because I believe Rephresh is one of the reasons why some ladies take a long time to fall pregnant.
If things are getting a bit tense, I would definitely drop the Rephresh or use it at least 10-12 hours before TTC.

Wishing you luck for your next cycle.

Hey rainbow baby....i feel your pain!!! I'm on my 4 th attempt and coming up 5 months on the diet. I second what aidensmum said have a little meat !! Especially chicken and fish I do and it really helps me stick to LE. I would deft. Drop rephresh, the stats are pretty low if I recall?? Atomic?? And maybe just take zyrtec when you see cm!! Not for the full five days. In some ways im pleased its taking a little longer lower fertility sways pink but like you I am over the diet and BFN's.
Aidensmum if you don't mind me asking how long did it take you to conceive your DD??
Good luck rainbow baby with your decision making

    Hi Rainbow,

I know exactly how you feel! This was me about 6 months ago, after being on diet for 5 months and 4 failed attempts I was desperate to just fall pregnant and return to normal eating.

I had been using Rephresh approx. 12 hours before each attempt (we were only doing one at positive OPK) and Atomic suggested that I drop the Rephresh. I did for our 5th attempt, and l that's when I got my BFP!!!

I'm only 17 weeks, so wont find out for another 3 weeks if we were successful or not in getting a girl, but it was such a relief to finally be pregnant

Good luck, I hope this helps

I don't mind at all kitkat, I was lucky enough to fall pregnant on my 2nd TTc cycle, but I had been (light) dieting and taking supps for at least 4 months before trying. I wasn't exercising though. Total couch potato.

I'm sorry this hasn't happened for you yet!

Bd once every 4 days is still only one attempt as youre fertile window is typically 4 days long. Atomic started the bd every 4 days for those having difficulty with one attempt at +OPK, (or thise that opks don't work for them) but it's still technically one attempt.

What if you did the repHresh like 2 days before your attempt instead of dropping it all together. It is supposed to last for 3 days, but presumably it is wearing off the more time that passes. So, if you think it is interfering with getting pregnant, but you aren't convinced that you absolutely want to drop it either, try it as a happy medium. It may not be as effective as using it 12 hours before, but it might be more effective than nothing. Just a thought....good luck!!

I really think that the one attempt needs to be the very last thing that gets dropped. It's having great results and you can get pg with one attempt if you're not doing a million other things to sway. Have sex with a condom on days you're not attempting so DH doesn't get tired of scheduled TTC sex. Add baby aspirin and drop rephresh but keep that one attempt/ bd every 4 days!!!

I had a super strict sway with hard core diet, lost weight, rephresh, Vitex, sp, I mean we did everything. We also bd thru O and that's the one thing I regret. I git a little boy and I love him dearly but I think it was the multiple attempts that made the Y sperm win out.
