Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I completely changed the way I ate. I was always a big breakfast eater and had never been on a diet in my life. During my 6 weeks on the LE diet I delayed breakfast as long as possible- usually ate around 11am, had a small lunch around 2pm, and ate supper at 5:30pm with no food until bfast the next day. I ate a lot of crap foods ( like rice crispy squares) and drank mostly crystal light and diet drinks.

I dropped a considerable amount of weight and was at my lowest adult weight since high school!

I stated eating fairly normally around 3dpo as my husband and family thought I had a eating disorder and they were harassing me. I didn't want to worry my DH so I agreed to start eating better.

I don't really know a lot about Ions but I did a few things- fan on all night, lavender on pillow, painted nails

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I feel like I did the best I could with the diet and I was really happy with the amount of weight I was able to lose. I was really calm this month and feel totally at peace with whatever God decides to give me.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Lots of things- DH not changing diet or taking any supps, having some EWCM on the day of O, the fact that we got pregnant on the 1st month, thinking we are too fertile to have a girl.

Things worth mentioning:

I'm so happy and excited to be pregnant! This will be our last baby so I'm just enjoying this time and really not focusing on gender. I would love to experience a girl but 3 boys would be pretty cool too

Thank you Atomic for all your help and guidance. Getting the personalized plan was awesome! I highly recommend it if you are prone to anxiety or obsessing about details.

Hey ladies! Just had my elective gender scan and it's a GIRL!! Thank you so so much Atomic for all of your amazing knowledge and hard work! I know for a fact that if I wouldn't have swayed and used Atomic's personalized plan I would be having boy #3. We are so incredibly thrilled!!
