Sorry! Another one
Crystal light isn't made with aspertame any more (in Canada at least). It's make with splenda and something with potassium. Should I still use it or would diet pop be more effective since it is made with aspertame?

Yes, all of those are fine.
the "stuff with potassium" sways pink. Firstly because I do not think potassium sways, and secondly because the potassium in the sweetener is all chemically bonded and altered into an entirely different thing that your body doesn't use like it does regular potassium
Just as an aside, please get adequate potassium 2500-3500 mg per day. Do not limit potassium below this amount, even if you are a big believer in the French Gender Diet stuff. IT is the amount your body needs to live and you will make yourself very ill if you get much less than that for more than a day or two. This is the same minimum amount of potassium advised by Ingender and the French Gender Diet, you are not harming your sway in any way by keeping it to this level. Please do not limit strictly or eliminate potassium when swaying, you will DIE.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
