    Is this what I'm looking for?

    I'm new to the whole tracking ovulation but is this what would be a +opk? I'm not ttc until December but trying to get the hang of using these.

    yes that is +opk.
    im not ttc till mid 2015 but has started charting my cycle and tracking for my ovulation especially i realised there is a huge reduction of cm since i started intake antihistamine and aspartame almost daily.
