Any additional supplement info? Not me, but hubby was taking a few other things, would not listen to me.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Really just ate what I wanted but I cute out baked goods, but had some ice cream every now and then, but made sure I got all 3 meals in plus snacking between each meal. I switched to whole milk, ate lots of nuts and pumpkin seeds, green fruit smoothies. Lots of potatoes and red meat. Cereal in the morning with whole milk. Also drank lots of lemon water.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 6months, had some days where I fell off, the last 6 weeks was great.

Did you skip breakfast regularly? No

Did DH change his diet with you? Not to much, pretty ate what I ate had.
Comments regarding DH's diet- none
DId you consume alcohol? Yes at first had wine on the weekends or when I would get a BFN, but the last 6 weeks cut out the wine.

DId you try to limit caffeine?
Coffee every now and then, but had none the last 6 weeks, but drank 3 cups of green tea a day.
Any Diet Details? We switched from margarine to real butter, added olive oil, stopped drinking from plastic containers.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Gained too much weight, dont even want to talk about it. Did some weightlifting and squats.

Started off using preseed, but hubby did not like it so stopped using it.
CM pH at attempt: forgot to check, but last time I checked it was over a 6

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle? Was bding ever other day.

BD Pattern: EOD

BD Dates according to Ovulation: EOD, 3 times the day of O. And everyday after that for about 4 days.

BD Position: A little of everything

Did you do anything with Ions? Put on gold rings.
Moon Phase during conception? Full moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Chinese calendar, because t was right for all of girls.

Things that make me nervous about my sway: I did not use preseed, and I forgot to check my ph. And the hubby taking more supplements then I wanted him to take.

I FORGOT TO PUT V8 vegetable juice. Drank that 2 times a day and so did hubby.
