Does that even make since!!!
I am going to try and keep this short, but is probably impossible
Does anyone have one person that just gets to them? I do. My sil. I am so annoyed that I let myself get all worked up over her!!!
I will explain a little. Probably first started when she asked me to be in her wedding then changed her mind. And I am the one who mostly helped with her shower, decorating, baking, games, and even bought all the prizes!!!
Then she gets pregnant, this is right before I have my 3rd son. She was very outspoken about wanting a girl. She was so sure she was having a girl she even referred to it by name! Her mother even said to me " you know she is going to have a girl right". Well, she had a boy! But know she is pregnant with her daughter:-/
With her son she was given a baby shower as tradition of course. She at one point said she register for gender neutral stuff knowing they would probably have another child. Fine. Good. Great. Now, about 2 years later pregnant with her daughter I get an invite to a shower for her soon arrival. Hosted by herself!!!!
Why am I this way! I was shaking with emotion when I got that invite! I am so annoyed! I would be devastated if anyone IRL knew I felt this way
I really wish I could make these feeling go away!!!
Thanks for reading. Sorry if I offended anyone. I just needed to vent I guess.

AND I forgot to mention that when I found out ds3 was a boy and I told her she just said, " I am sorry". Nothing positive like he will be awesome like his brothers or congrats or anything. It would be one thing if we were close and she was apologizing that I didn't get the daughter I longed for, but honestly my DG didn't come until after ds3 was a year. I ended up reacting by telling her to not even bother coming to the hospital when he was born! Which I regret saying because it was a little nasty but I was actually emotionally spent anyways because my father was on his deathbed.
Geezzz, I really am a nice person. Honestly

I had a SIL so similar to that. She ordered BBGG and got it....because when she orders something in life, it had better happen or everyone is going to pay for it....sickening at times.
You aren't alone and many of us relate to you all too well!

Sorry you are feeling this way Hun, I can totally relate.... My SIL has a girl and is preggy with her second, although funnily I think she actually wanted a boy both times. I do remember her saying to me, whilst I was preggy with DS1, 'are you ok with that (him being a boy)?'
Sending hugs ((())) x2 beautiful blue eyed boys who both own my(3 if you count DH!)

We all know someone obnoxious and nascicistic like that. And most of us also have at least one sil we can't stand! I totally get it. We don't have to like everyone just bc they're family. (Hugs)
