Red face Vitamin D and Super B complex.

    Hello ladies,

I am currently taking a multivitamin, folic acid, fish oil, Wheatgrass tablets, vitamin D and I am in love with green tea. I live in Florida however I don't spend a ton of time outside so my questions are: should I continue the Vitamin D? Should I start a super b complex? Also I ate my first banana in over 5 years!

Probably a good idea to continue the vitamin D. Vitamin b vitamin is a good idea to take. You don't necessarily need the super b complex though. Bananas were more for potassium and the level isn't all that high. While they are tasty they aren't hugely beneficial calorie wise. Coconut water is great for potassium. Also if they have it in your area, V8 vegetable juice and V8 fusion juice are great to drink for more nutrients and

    Good luck.

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015. He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.

A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.

yes, please continue the Vit. D.

No, you do not need Bcomplex if you are taking prenatal. Everything in a B complex is present in the prenatal and the megadose B vitamins can mess up your cycle.

You do not need to eat bananas if you do not like them. There is nothing magically boy making about bananas. That's just part of the "myth of the magic foods". Bananas in fact have little in the way of nutrients, they're barely more than empty calories, and there are many other better ways to get some potassium along with lots of other good stuff.

Thanks Atomic. The banana I ate has opened the door to me eating healthier that's why to me it's an achievement.
