Has anyone newly pregnant had an increase in headaches? I have had one for 3 days straight now :/ Not sure what would cause this, but it stinks!

I have had headaches off and on with all my pregnancies. I had my first migraine when I was pregnant and with my 3rd son (who likes to do EVERYTHING in his power to make my life as difficult as he can LOL) I had a migraine with aura, which is where you actually see colored lines and spots, every day for 2 weeks.

Just in case anyone stumbles onto this from a Google search, if you are LATER in pregnancy and suddenly start having headaches or vision changes, CALL YOUR DOCTOR. This is people who are early in pregnancy. Late in pregnancy, headaches esp. with vision changes can mean Pre-eclampsia and you need to get medical attention right away.

I am 13 weeks and have had a headache for 4 straight days. Also? Fun new symptom, I literally can't pee in the morning because my uterus pinches off my urethra. I have to get on all fours in the shower and rock to get the fetus to move away from my pelvis. Never had that before, apparently it will get better as the babe moves out of my pelvis and into the abdomen.

I have had shocking headaches!!! And I'm so cross cause when I'm pregnant I usually NEVER get headaches (I also usually never get hayfever and I've had it really bad too!). I feel very ripped off this pregnancy! 😉

Yes that happened to me too with kids 3-5. YOu need to set your alarm to get up a couple times in the night to prevent your bladder from getting overly full. Since you're at 13 weeks it should be getting better pretty quick, on "spinning babies" they have a position that will help the uterus to flip upright - I only had to do it once (with my DD was the stubborn one that didn't seem to want to flip up on her own, prob. because my uterus was out in the hall having a smoke and saying Jeez do I really have to do all this over again)
