    So far so good!

Just about to head into week three of sway prep and feeling positive about the whole thing! LE diet going well even with a few cheats. Sticking to limits without stressing about anything else is working well for DH and myself and we are both losing bit of weight already! I've managed the exercise at least 5 nights out of 7 and feel good for it. The vitex is ordered and had first dose of Chitosan today so heading in the right direction! Buying a personalised sway plan has been worth every penny already as takes a lot of the stress away!!

Just thought would share my (so far) positivity about whole thing!

    Xx

Good for you! Getting used to your sway is at least half the battle. When will you start TTC?

currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Lovely to see you doing well! So far my first three weeks have been pretty well too. One cheat (a bit of chicken in a salad), and one week with just 5 days of cardio, due to an extreme cold.

I am not on Fitnesspal, in order to keep my inner Martha at bay... I just have a countdown calendar that I check off every day, but no charting or weighing. I have a list of meals (I made this prior to my sway) that I'm allowed and sticking to them is pretty easy so far. I might get bored in a couple of weeks, but keeping my options limited also makes it easier. In a way I like the two meals thing, cause I only have to think about food twice a day, and not worry about snacks etc...
Mom of two wonderful boys: M (April 2009) and T (March 2011). Hoping for a girl next!

I will be trying in Dec too! I am so anxious to start walking then running again but I had a minor operation on my foot 12 days ago. It seemed to be healing well but I just took out the stitches and now it's worse again, sigh. So I may look into swimming since I've done that before with injuries, just need to find a lap pool nearby. Unfortunately I think I will have to drive aways bc I'm in a rural area.

At least I have been doing well with the diet! I did have some meat-inclusive Indian food (it's rare that I'm in a city) but other days I've been quite strict. For me it's the first 4 days or so of eating less so my stomach shrinks that is the hump, which I'm just over now. I can probably stand to lose up to 20 lbs by conception time. My body likes to have a few extra lbs over Winter so I'm fighting my natural tendencies.
