alkalinizing veggie ideas

My understanding is that most if not all vegetables are alkaline and they are also encouraged on the High-Everything diet.
Tomatoes are alkalinizing in the body and great for a blue sway. Broccoli, celery, spinach, and the dark greens like spinach, beet greens, and rocket are also great. They sell the big trays of precut veggies at the grocery store that have a lot of these veggies and you could eat them with some hummus dip to get protein and carbs together at the same time!! Or, you could do something like celery with peanut butter for a boy-friendly snack.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Here's a helpful link http://mysite.ncnetwork.net/felipe2/id12.html I think from that list we should only avoid cucumber ( I believe it was good for pink swayers)
Only acidifying veggies are corn, lentils, olives and winter squash.m/c 2001

Cucumber is listed as girl friendly because it's got the right mineral profile (low in sodium and potassium), but it is alkalinizing. No need to avoid cukes for boy sways, if you like them, eat up!!!
