    Rephresh Help (Again)

Ok, I just got a +OPK (I love those digi smileys!), and so we're going to dtd one last time tonight. I last used Rephresh on Monday around mid-day, and if this month is like last month, I will probably O around mid-day tomorrow, making it just about exactly 72 hours since my last application. Is that enough to keep my PH down, or should I do a finger full now, which will be about 10 hours before we dtd?

It's worth noting that I REALLY want to get pregnant this month, and last month I regretted using Rephresh the same day as our attempt since I suspect that may be one of the reasons I got my BFN. My inclination is not to use it since it's supposed to last 3 days, but then again I don't want all this swaying effort to be for nothing. Thoughts?

Oh yes, forgot to mention that we'll be using a little Sylk with our attempt too.

I'd do some more now, then you won't need to worry about it and can enjoy the DTD!

I think it's a good thing I can't test my ph, because I think I'd be testing obsessively right now. I sooooo want this to be my last month on the diet. I still don't know what to do, and the clock keeps ticking and bringing me closer to my attempt (I think we're at about 8 hours before, maybe a couple of hours less since dh has a late baseball game tonight and we may dtd before the game instead of me having to wait up for him). I'm still leaning towards not doing it because I'm doing so many other things to sway (including drinking a ton of aspartame today even though I can't stand the stuff).

I'm sure a fingertip several hours in advance of DTD wouldn't do a great deal - but go with your heart and it sounds to me as though you don't want to add any more

I decided not to use any. At this point we're only an hour or two from our attempt, so I definitely don't want to add any now. Hopefully I'll O on time and it will be almost exactly 72 hours since my last Rephresh application.

Good Luck Mocha!!!!! Oh I so hope that this is it for you!!!! Are you going to just DTD once tonight or tomorrow am as well? Sorry...that's a pretty personal question...LOL! I'm only asking because I seem to O in the middle of the night....and I'm thinking that I may DTD in the pm as well as the am on our first attempt...cause I don't think I can stand too many months trying when on this horrific diet....

LOL, DM - there's no question too personal for this site!! We'll just dtd tonight, and I think it will work out to be O-12 or something like that. I don't want to dtd right at O because I want to give the Rephresh (assuming it's still in there) to lower the ph of the sperm.

I'm starting to have last minute regrets about this month's sway. I cheated quite a bit while at the cottage this past weekend, and I keep worrying all those months of keeping strict to the diet will be for nothing. Oh well, I suppose there's no perfect sway, and no one can say I haven't put a lot of effort into this!
