    If this U/S was done transvaginal.

    Then i would Guess Girl!

    My second daughter ultrasound was exactly like yours.

    Dh:37

    DD - 8 yrs DD - 2 yrs

    based on the theory it would be a girl. But remember dont take it as 100%
