Hi everyone,
I've been doing the LE-diet and exercise the past few weeks and I lost a few pounds, because we wanted to start ttc in january. Due to circumstances we have to wait a few months and now we will start ttc in april/may. What should I do? Go on with the diet and exercise and weightloss? I'm already skinny and my BMI is under 19, I'm afraid I will stop ovulating if I lose more weight. Or should I try to gain a few pounds this month and start diet and exercise again at the end of january?

I'd stop the LE but give up meat. Continue with folic acid. Sport is as you preffer.

Stay veg and continue eating more OMega 6 fats as outlined in this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...pink-blue.html but drop protein, fat, and cal restriction.
As a general rule I have not found regaining weight to relose gets us anything. I would just try to hold steady right where you're at.!!! Questions??
