Combination of FGD and LE. With total calories restricted to 1200-1400 a day.

Total time spent on diet was 6 months.
-6 weeks before first attempt. BFP first cycle. Miscarried 12 days after bfp.
- restarted diet and skipped attempt the next cycle so had a further 6 weeks before attempt.
Bfp second cycle. This one was a sticky

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Total opposite to my previous failed sway.
Diet stricter and much more restricted (FGD with LE)
Included calc/mag and cranberry for myself and dh.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I've swayed once and failed before.
My sway was very strict, perhaps too strict.

Things worth mentioning:

My sway overseen and monitored by a local naturopath.
Cut off was an important component of the sway and I was having blood tests leading up to ovulation to confirm ovulation with certainty by tracking estradiol levels and lh.
Was also having regular blood tests to ensure my levels of nutrients and minerals didn't become too low due to the strictness of the diet.

DH wore 2 pairs of tight undies 24/7 and applied heat pack for 10 mins prior to each attempt.
He also stopped all weight training at the gym to not encourage testosterone. Switched to cardio, all bike riding.
