    Running and swaying

I am generally a runner and am being asked to run a half marathon by my running partner this spring? Will this ruin a boy sway? Could I eat a large amount of healthy calories while running?

    Thanks!

I ran while I swayed for my boy. I didn't run a half marathon but I did run. I always made sure I was snacking on high protein foods. Like almonds!

I would not run any more than 45 min. a day, 5 days a week max and yes I think you should eat a lot while doing it. 3000 cals a day if you can.
