Changing my HE diet this month a little as I have put on a little weight, but I am wondering how to get over the way I am feeling.
Getting to the point where I just want to be pregnant and of course that makes me think I should just do anything.
Even if it sways pink.
This is without a doubt our last baby and if I screwed out chance to have a DS, I would be devastated. It is just hard when you think you are doing everything right & it just isn't happening.
Thought we may have made too many bd attempts this cycle, but it was the holidays & we were trying to make it spontaneous. CD1 is tomorrow and I am just not feeling it right now
I guess this is just a sort of sad vent. There is at least 2 positives though- I ovulated without any help on cd17 and spotting only happened from 13dpo. Which was after neg blood test, instead of spotting from 8 or 9dpo

Thanks for your reply.
I am just getting to the point where I am questioning if I hindering out efforts or just making everything more difficult for our attempts or our lives in general. Wondering if it really impacts our efforts if give up the tablets, preseed, trying to have breakfast every day, cutting back coffee and coffee, or trying to make sure we BD enough.
It isn't relaxed and every month has started getting more stressful each time it ends in BFN.
Of course I am being told by GP and others to relaxed. Relaxing will help etc etc. I feel like every facet of life is now being impacted by our efforts to get a boy, esp when we can't even get pregnant in the first place.

Tell me what tablets you're taking.
If it's complicated to the point you're feeling overwhelmed, yes, we need to change something. BUt it isn't supposed to be that hard and I wonder if you are overthinking it and putting undue levels of pressure on yourself.
People tell you "relax" because they don't know what to say. But trust me, using Preseed when you BD shouldn't be giving you the type of stress that could interfere with conception. A death in the family or working 70 hours a week, maybe. Using some Preseed - no.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

It is likely that I am just overthinking things and making myself anxious.
Nothing new I guess, and now it is affecting my TTC efforts.
Tablets are:
Folic acid is 5000mcg.
Fish oil is omega-3 triglycerides-fish 1000mg
My Vit D is 1000IU.
Cut back coffee to 1 a day and banned coke/softdrink from diet. 5 days in and I am really feeling it. 4 year writing degree meant I lived on coffee and coke. Oops

Haha Atomic
I am not a real vegetable person so I was aware that any vegetable intake increased, I was bound to cancel out with the caffeine.
Had a 6 hour round driving trip yesterday so I had 1 can of coke. I have been really good at resisting the cafe downstairs at work. Early starts have meant I started each day with a coffee but I have been eating almonds, walnuts & dates all the time. Have also increased my intake of coconut juice and water. So much water!
All in all, I haven't been too bad. I wear headphones a lot at work, especially when trying to enter data or answer emails. Less coffee means less tolerance for noisy people

Oh, not necessarily. AT least your body is used to the caff already, YK? I think you have to view those things as separate, try to increase veg and don't worry about anything "cancelling it out". IF you're miserable every second of every day, it's going to feel overwhelming and make it so much harder to stick to!!!
I think you should reup your intake to half of what is "normal" to you and see if you feel more enthusiastic about continuing.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
