    Water?

Hello again ladies I'm 203 pounds and still need to lose weight by October of this year. It is OK to continue water until I start my full sway I just bought some sparkling ice water it has vit b should I continue with plain water or keep the flavored water I need to drink something in between meal so i won't snack.

    Thanks Again

Interested in this as well. I seriously GAG when I try to drink plain water so I like to add a bit of lemon juice to it. About 1/4tsp to a 16oz bottle seems to do the trick for me.

    Yes it's fine!

I doubt type of water matters a whole lot but I did write an essay a few years back on the topic. I wouldn't take it too seriously. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...pink-blue.html

I am not a fan of plain water either, but seltzer works for me and may possibly sway pink.

Hmmm... Okay, after some Googling I'm seeing that ginger ale is essentially seltzer with ginger & sweetner added... These facts combined add up to dangerous knowledge given my love of cranberry ginger ale LOL

I'll have to give plain seltzer a shot too...

I cant do plain water either and I drink it by the gallon daily and all during my sway. I used the flavor additives like Mio or the liquid kool aid one to keep going. They have no additional vitamins or sugar in them. Some of them do have extra vitamins or sodium if they are the fitness ones that are supposed to mimic sports drinks and I just avoided those.

Water is all I drink apart from the odd decaf coffee. I steer clear of artificial sugar as it makes me very anxious and gives me heart pupitations and sugar flares my immunes! I feel as I'm loosing this DG battle

Don't be discouraged- there are no magic foods! The LE diet looks very different woman to woman because it is supposed to fit into our lifestyle and preferences. Look through the confirmed girl sways, and you will see the diet looks so different person to person.

Remember it is not about doing X, Y, and Z to get a girl, it is about sticking to the overall limits of fat/calories/protein that will help change your maternal condition to increase odds of getting a DD. How each one of us goes about it is determined by what we can easily manage without obsessing so we can stick to it!

I am sure you are doing great. FWIW I only drink plain water, 2-3 cups of decaf coffee, and maybe a diet caffeine free coke every now and then!

That can be fine in moderation! I am not totally sold on overdoing ANYTHING (even something relatively harmless like ginger) when TTC. But def. fine considering you are sooo far out.

EXACTLY! I HATE it when I see you guys playing the comparison game - that is not allowed on here. One person's diet will look totally different from another person's. There are no magic foods and for Dream Members we do have this thread about it http://genderdreaming.com/forum/le-d...ood-guide.html

The important thing is: 1500-1800 cals a day (for most, a few go a bit higher or lower), the 40-50 g protein a day (if BF or PCOS/IR you will bump this up to 50-60 g) and 25-60 g fat per day, 20-30% of your day's cals from fat. When you can, eat lower nutrient foods and skip prenatals and anythign very fortified. That's IT. That is what the LE Diet is. The particulars can vary.

The only reason I spell out "good foods/bad foods" as much as I do is because if I didn't people would inundate me with q's about "can I eat this or that" all day long and I just wanted to preemptively answer them. It does NOT mean you can't include various foods in your diet - just that some may be better to eat most of the time and others may be better to avoid most of the time.
