I know for girl swayers 16hrs or 12hrs is recommended -
Is 10hrs from bedtime snack to breakfast ok? Or too long?

I personally had a little snack right before bed and would sleep for 7-8 hours and eat within 10 minutes of getting up for the day. 10 hours without anything does some like quite a while but I'm not an expert on this. Sorry! Wish I could be of more help.

Anything less than 12 hours is fine by me. 8 hours is great, but honestly I've never gone that short a time between meals overnight and got 4 boys that way. I'm sure it was always 10-12 h for me.
