I read in a thread here not to use a metal spoon to eat Royal Jelly/Bee Pollen, but I was wondering what the reason for this is? It's really thick and kind of hard to scoop out with a plastic spoon. Anyone know why we can't use a regular kitchen spoon?

The metal in the spoon counters the effective properties of the royal jelly - apparently. I used a baby spoon

I am not a huge fan of the RJBP anyway and so I am not sure I'd even bother with it. As I did more investigations I learned that virtually all the benefits of RJBP can be had from the B vitamins in multivitamin and brewers yeast, plus fish oil. and the allergy issue is a very big concern for me (people have died after using RJBP!) So as a result I have moved away from recommending it, even though it has seemed to help people sway blue, it's safest to avoid it.

A little bit earlier, 3 months in advance, but we were planning TTC in January at first, then our plans have changed.
I feel fine on all those supplements, i just don't like the weight and muscles, even if that is not that much. Feel like "fertile Hulk"
