    dtd straight after AF?!

As we all know the previous advice was for dtd at ovulation, but now it seems people are moving away from this. I must admit I'm having a bit of difficulty getting my head around this because the old theory was around so long! ! However, am happy to go via facts to change my way of doing things. So are people dtd every 2 to 3 days from AF or is the DH just 'releasing' every 2 to 3 days? Thanks.

The full case against timing is here - the idea was around a long time but just like so many ideas, they can be around forever and still be wrong. The TROUBLE with timing!

We are getting good results with having untprotected sex every 2-4 days starting after AF and then going for an additional 3-5 attempts at or around pos OPK. So the night of pos OPK, the next morning, again the next night, is an example.

That having been said, if you really can't bear it, have DH release on his own or with you, with a NON-spermicide condom, every 2-4 days and then still go for the 3-5 attempts at or around pos OPK. This is in line with Shettles timing if you really can't give it up

That's good enough for me. Every 2-3 days it is then!
