Need advice on this! I have purchased the personalised sway plan7 days ago, although I don't have it yet(not rushing Atomic or anything at all), I'm on this site every day reading reading and reading, I know swaying is like a life style changing, but for me it seems very difficult for the diet part! The meal plan I saw, it seems way too less than what I Normally eat, Because I eat A LOT throughout the day, I'm very thin, 165 height and I'm 44kg, so I'm not sure if I can stick with the diet, and I don't really do exercise, with a 14 months old baby around me all the time i can do much with exercise.
Also the static shows the successful swaying rate is around 60-70%, so I'm not sure what I should do, I only want 2 babies and thinking whether I should do gender selection or the diet sway! I just really really really hoping for a little girl, I'm glad to have found this site, if I post the same thing in other forums I'm sure I'll get told off straight away!
Or maybe swaying is simpler than I thought? Maybe I'm confusing myself?

I think it is a lot of information at first, but really the base line rules of the diet are simple enough, and once you understand the rules, the rest makes sense
Don't worry, you will figure it out!
Also, I am sure Atomic will take your BMI into account when she gives you your Personalized Plan. She is so on top of things like that!Thank you God and Our Lady

Once you have a grasp on the theories that Atomic is working from and a deeper understanding of why swaying is a lifestyle change it is easier to incorporate and make it fit into your life.
Its safe to say most of us, myself included, were on here reading constantly in the beginning of our swaying journey.
I suggest you not only study the theories about making a girl, but read up on the boy swaying theories too to better understand why you made a boy without effort the first time around and what you need to do differently to get the opposite gender.
When I read about girl swaying I had no trouble figuring out why I had 3 girls. I am a natural girl swayer if their ever was one!
Good luck!

If IVF/PGD is ever an option you should do that because swaying cannot and will not ever be a guarantee.
What I would do is stop reading till I get your plan back to you and then we can go over it. It takes me 7-10 days to get the plans back to you. I wish I could do it faster but it just depends on my kids and their naps because I have to have the quiet time to do a plan properly. :/
There are a LOT of people on the site who cut back too far on diet. That is not LE Diet and those people are doing it wrong.
I need more info about what YOU THINK the diet even is. I find that many people have completely misunderstood something or are going off info posted by someone who isn't me.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

You are right! Maybe I should stop reading too much! I should just sit back and be patient, no rush AT ALL atomic, I know you have few kids you must be extremely busy, I'm just hanging around and getting things ready, hope you don't see me rushing you by posting and asking questions.. I'm just here so many hours a day reading!
But I can tell you what I THOUGHT about the diet, i thought I will have to eat very very little, by seeing the meal plan, it seems very little on each meal, as I always have big meal so when I compare to what I saw on the meal plan, it seems so difficult.. I might have misunderstood also because my English is not that good.
Thank you for your support though!

The meal plan is just an example of what one person might do. It's not right for everyone and many of us ate tons of food on LE.
1800 calories is really quite a lot of food. I am a big eater and I was pretty darn satisfied on LE Diet.
I did get your plan sent in to be posted, it's fine to rush me LOL! I try really hard to get thru them as quickly as I can but it always seems to be about a week.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Hey I'm the same, actually a bit taller but the same weight and I didn't lose a lot of weight on the LE diet, only 2kg over 2 months then stayed at that weight. I've actually been swaying since November 2013 with the exception of a 3 month break over the summer (gained weight back then), both times going on the diet I only lost a little. Drinking sugary drinks with meals really helps prevent weight loss! Also fat free candy, gummis etc.
I normally eat a LOT of food, very big appetite, I love to cook....but the diet is totally manageable.Last edited by maidentomother; March 14th, 2015 at 07:43 PM.

I agree about the food, I thought I would have a really hard time because I LOVE food!! But there are times when I am pretty full and I feel like i am eating too much but I am always in the limits. At first skipping breakfast was tough for me but as long as I can have my coffee I am ok and it has gotten easier. I do eat some sort of breakfast but not until way later!
