I actually just added in exercise. I do 50-60 min 4-5 x a wk. I eat 1500-1800 and am doing Atomic Fertility Diet. I still bf my 2 yr old and my bmi is around 18.5 so I am staying steady where I am. I do have upper limits of fat though.

I am doing 6 days at just a little over an hour. I eat 1800-1900 cal with upper limits of fat and protein. It seems like so much and yet the weight is still coming off. Bmi is only 17.7 now. I have an attempt next week and if another bfn, i think I need to do something to make sure i dont lose more and risk ovulation.

I think Atomic usually has you add in a serving of full fat dairy to make sure you still O. You definitely don't want to lose any more. Maybe 2-4 eggs a week as well but I will let her chime in.
