I've been trying to come up with snack ideas and was thinking that I could make some home made pasties and little quiches. I'm hoping that pastry is boy friendly?

Home-made sausage rolls are yummy!! Buy sausage mince, mix in some sauces that you like a few herbs, grated carrot if you want it to look healthy...squish together and roll in pasty...cook in oven till puffy and golden brown...everyone in my house loves these!!

Oooo, PoP, those sound yummy! Bec, I think pastry is fine especially if you use butter and all. High everything, right!

Have you eaten "pot pies"?? They're kinda like pasties but they are big and you cut them into pieces to serve them.
Another option is pizza with lots of meat on top.
Pastry is boy friendly as long as you eat protein along with it.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
