I have been doing 6 days/1 hour of cardio since january 1. If I drop down to 5 days now would that be bad? I know 5 days is still in the recommended range, I just was not sure if dropping after your body is used to a certain amount would matter or not.

No, you should drop it at this point. IT's fine now and more of a maintenance thing.

I think she means drop to 5 days is fine. Don't think you should stop exercise completely!
