Swaying Pink Without the LE Diet?

This is NOT a debate of the LE Diet, i believe in it but im curious. Has anyone swayed pink ON PURPOSE (no opps) and did NOT do the LE Diet but other things instead? I thaught i read someone on here did not do the diet and swayed pink and got pink on purpose.

I'm not sure if I'm really doing the le diet. I have a lot of cheat days and I am sometimes over on cals, fat, and protein. I get hungry and I've always hated counting calories. But I am doing the cardio..,

Yes, of course!!! After all, there are people who got girls on the HE Diet!!

All we are trying to do is optimize our chances. That having been said, when we can see the success rates go up from 1-4 weeks on diet getting about 50-50, then 4-8 weeks getting about 60%, then all the whole time after that 70-80% success rates I do think it's clearly not going to optimize your odds to do that.

What you guys need to understand is that unlike the other sway diets out there, the LE Diet does NOT have to be done fully or perfectly to up your chances of pink. Honestly, I didn't even WANT to make an LE Diet because I knew people would get too focused in on the specifics and lose sight of the big picture, which is just that whenever you make changes in a pink friendly direction, you're swaying pink. You can make some LE style changes (like going vegetarian and avoiding snacks, or cutting cals, or even just getting more vegetable fats instead of animal ones) and still totally be swaying pink! Don't get so focused on details that you can't see the big picture!!

Cheating on LE Diet is not only allowed, it's encouraged.

If you're doing the exercise, you can get away with a lot less strict on the diet. They work together.

Just understand that even if you change a few things, youre still swaying pink. You don't have to do everything that I ever wrote down might sway pink, you don't have to (and shouldn't) compare yourself to what anyone else on the site is doing. Just look at what your diet was like, and what it's like now, and see what you can change in a pink friendly way.

Atomic, you're always great at reassuring us and for that I thank you! I think knowing that diet is the most "critical" really puts pressure on us swayers. I haven't been counting specific numbers, but I know for a fact that I've lowered my protein/fat intake quite a bit since March and I guess you can say I unintentionally started swaying back in January because I got Invisalign to correct a bite issue, so snacking went out the window immediately, ha! My first attempt is in roughly three weeks and dare I say it, but I'm feeling cautiously optimistic now after reading this.

Yeah I know it feels so overwhelming because we do know that diet is important, but remember, diet is something that I MADE UP! I had to put in all those suggestions, limitations, etc etc etc because there are the subset of people who want to do the strictest of the strict sways, but that doesn't mean that everyone HAS do do all those things to have a successful sway. Just keep your focus on moving in a more pink friendly direction than you WERE headed in and it's all good.

I didn't do everything in the LE Diet to get my girl - not by a longshot.

Of course, most girls conceived throughout human history, their mothers weren't officially doing the LE diet. ButterflySpirit didn't diet intentionally and got a girl, she's trying the same route again now. So it's always possible. But for a woman with 3-4 or more boys and only boys, I think it's clear that you are naturally prone to boys and thus the diet is extremely important. Different women start at different set points, in terms of how likely they are to have each gender, so it takes more of a nudge for some than others.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after removìng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

This is what i was thinking Maidentomother. I have 4 boys in a row and 3 of them were oops babies. My 4th son i was on the pill and still a son. #5 was an oops and a girl but she did not make it. Not sure how many boys butterfly spirit has, but i guess im mostly prone to sons so i will need to do the diet hardcore then. Thanks for input!
