    When you can't get out to walk?

    I have had this happen a few times and have read it on here by both boy & girl swaying moms at times. Whether it's bad weather, lack of time after a busy schedule etc it can sometimes be hard to get outside for that walk. I have considered a treadmill quite a few times but the huge cost aside they are so big and space is an issue.
    Today I came across rebounding. Basically walking on a mini trampoline. I've looked it up and it's as effective as brisk walking apparently, burns as many calories and is a good cardio workout.

    I just thought it was so interesting I had to share it. It's cheap, space saving and rather than do no walk on those days where you won't get out - it might be a good compromise

    If you have steps in your home that can work too!! I always go up and down steps for exercise.
