    Boy Supplements

    Hello everyone,
    I am new here and this is my first time posting on gender dreaming. Hoping to conceive a boy and our first attempt will be next month. I have been reading a lot on supplements to take and feeling very overwhelmed!!
    I will continue taking my prenatal, fish oil, evening primrose, folic acid and would like to add wheatgrass pills, vitamin E, and COQ10. I feel confused on how I should fit taking all this in one day ...should I be spacing it all out throughout the day or take everything in the morning?
    Should I add zinc as well?
    Also thinking of adding Robitussin once closer to ovulation. I am following the HE diet and drinking lots of lemon water and V8.
    Any suggestions or tips on how to better my sway for blue would be greatly appreciated!!

    I don't have much to offer for help but just want to say good luck!

    I would make sure you get an answer before adding extra zinc. I know there are some vitamins you shouldn't take more than are in the prenatal and I think zinc is one but don't know for sure!!

    The added zinc is for a girl sway, since the LE diet is low in zinc. You can space out the folic acid (or folate if you can get it), like 3 doses during the day, because your body just pees out what it doesn't need.

    Everything else sounds good! Remember, Robitussin just with the guaifenesin, no other additives.

    Grapefruit juice is GREAT for CM too!

    Do not add in extra Vit. E and Zinc. This is VERY IMPORTANT. Regardless of what you may read on another site, it's not safe to take megadoses of these things and newer research has demonstrated this. What is in your prenatal is enough on those two.

    The only thing to worry about when you are taking it is folic/folate. Take smaller doses 3-5 times a day for total of about 2000 mcg including that which is in prenatal. Everything else, just take when it's convenient.

    I woudl add in Vit. D up to 1000 IU. That is one nutrient it's ok and in fact beneficial to get more of.

    Thank you so much for the suggestions I will definitely stop taking extra Zinc and Vit E and add in Vitamin D!
