How does taking b6 work to lengthen luteal phase? I am curious if it's a solution for me, as I just made it to 10 dpo and spotted at 330, and it was cd 1 by 6pm.
Do you take it all cycle starting at a certain point and stopping at a certain point?
Im also swaying pink, so I was avoiding vitamins, and im in Clomid, about the start my 4th round.

I don't have the answers but I hope someone can answer this for you! Like atomic always says, you can't get your DG if you can't get preg so I wouldn't worry too much about it's affect on your sway. Esp. since you are on month 4 of clomid and the clock is ticking for you (you can only be on it 6 months at a time). Hope you get you answers. I'll be stalking. I don't have an LPD but it never hurts to learn more

Following! I was on Clomid 50mg and on my 8dpo progesterone blood draw (7dpo was a Sunday) was only at a 7. Looking to see if there's anything I can naturally do to help as well. As a boy swayer I take a prenatal daily and extra vitamin d.

Taytum- this just occurred to me but wanted to mention it. With my last preg my prog was only at a 9 which is borderline and I had to take prog supps. 7 isn't much lower so it's possible that even with a 7 prog you could carry long enough to be tested (esp if they do testing automatically) and it not necessarily hurt a preg. I don't know if that makes you feel any better about it at all, but I wanted to let you know. Hopefully it won't be an issue and your doc will do something to help you out in this manner though, so you don't have to stress about it.

Thank you so much. I've been looking at low progesterone success stories because I just feel like this is another road block. Just so frustrating and heartbreaking all over again. I know my doctor said as soon as I get a bfp come in for testing to start supplements ASAP if needed. She just bumped me up to 100mg Clomid to hopefully get it up, but if there's anything else I can do to help it would be fantastic!

I forgot to mention that losing her had nothing to do with prog issues (just in case you thought it did). The hard part about starting prog before you know u are preg is that if you aren't preg it will keep your levels artificially high and delay AF.
