    Pink sway hopefully :)

    So been strict on the LE diet for a few weeks now. No breakfast and 2 meals a day. I'm a coffee and Diet Coke fiend anywats and started doing cardio and walking the dog every day, I've read that one attempt is the best sway in that region so my questions are

    *is fr or abstain better! And

    *whens the best time to do the one attempt

    We don't know which, if either, is better between FR and abstain. Neither one seems to be doing a whole lot, and since two different groups of people use them, it's kinda like comparing apples and oranges.

    When to do the attempt is kind of up to you. if you believe in timing, you may want to do a 2-3 day cutoff. If you don't, most of us do one attempt at first positive OPK or "peak" on fertility monitor.

    Fiber is dietary fiber like metamucil or chitosan. It absorbs some fat from your diet.
